What can I expect?

'Kini's LegaSea is the ideal sailing catamaran complete with roomy outside cockpit, spacious inside salon (with A/C) and a private "head" (bathroom).  You'll even have plenty of room to relax on the "bow" (front) lounging in our comfortable bean-bag cushions.  Our captain and crew are dedicated to providing you the type of sailing experience you wish to experience.  You can choose to relax, soaking in the calm of it all or grab a line, unfurl a sail and ask lots of questions - we're here to make your sail time enjoyable.

Will we actually sail?

​That's the goal!  Unless Mother Nature is not cooperating, we hope to get a sail -or two- flying for you.

 

Where are you located?

'Kini's LegaSea is located near US90 and the Intracoastal Waterway in Jacksonville Beach, Fl.  Once you have booked your ultimate sailing charter, we will send you detailed instructions on where to park and how best to find us.

How many can come sail?

'Kini's LegaSea holds up to a maximum of 6 passengers comfortably.

What should I bring?

- Bring lots of sunscreen (mineral based lotion - no spray, please).

- Outside food and beverages are welcomed.  Because spills sometimes happen, we ask that the beverage options are close to "clear" in color (i.e. no red sports drinks or red wine, please)

- Appropriate sailing attire.  Check the weather and make sure your dressed for the occasion.  Cool, loose clothing for the hotter days - Warmer sweatshirts maybe needed for sunset (it sometimes gets chilly real fast over the water).​​

What happens if my reservation is canceled due to weather?

If weather becomes a safety or comfort factor, we will do our best to contact you before you make it to the boat.  At that time, you can choose to receive a refund or schedule for later time.
